Our salesman, Pernell Harrigin, was very relaxed and helpful in the process. We originally were interested in just one car and after working with Pernell we left with 2 cars! 1/18/2012 - Jeremey - I wish I'd been a little more prepared with my own payoff info, the purchase vs lease costs, etc ... I limited myself and it's really my fault for not being really ready to understand the numbers and how it affects the overall purchase. This is my 2nd vehicle from Kuhn VW and I'm pleased that I could get this done without pressure. The staff was great. Always have been. If I weren't so upside down on my earlier purchase I could have saved a little money in the end. My problem not yours; you guys are great.
